What a Beautiful Girl! Meet 7 year old Fanny. She was born with ear deformities and she has strabismus, but they don’t affect her hearing and vision. Her hosts say she is developmentally age-appropriate and in some ways advanced, easily adapting to rules and family life, getting through difficult tasks, showing her intelligence, and bonding warmly with children and adults.
